Visiting family on a vacation, my father-in-law’s hearing aid had some jammed filters. I didn’t know how to address it, so just dropped in unannounced. They stopped what they were doing & made me their priority. Fixed it immediately, went above and beyond not only to fix the issue, but showed me a better solution and taught me how to repair it. The price was ridiculously low. I expected to spend three times the amount they billed me. I would give him 20 stars if Yelp would let me.
